Braiden

Hi everyone! My name is Braiden, I’m 28 years old, and I’m relocating from Calgary to Vancouver for work. I’ve accepted a transfer as a restaurant manager and am looking for a place to move in between mid-August and September 1st. Range anywhere from $1300-$1600 with utilities on the higher end.

Preferred neighbourhoods: West End Downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Kitsilano

I’m open to either a short-term or long-term rental, though I’d definitely prefer something long-term if it’s the right fit.

A little about me: 28-year-old working professional, Restaurant manager with a stable full-time job, Clean, respectful, and responsible, Plenty of experience living with roommates, Non-smoker, Minimal drinker, LGBTQ+ friendly (I’m gay) and looking for an inclusive, welcoming home

Must-haves: In-suite laundry- depending on the place, Private room (furnished), Parking (either a dedicated paid stall or reliable street parking)

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, working out, exploring the city, and spending time with friends. I’d love to live with like-minded people who are respectful, social, and easy to get along with while also appreciating everyone’s personal space.
