Hi! I’m looking for a private room in a family home in Richmond, preferably a basement room. I work full-time in downtown Vancouver and I’m looking for a long-term place to stay. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and a non-smoker. I enjoy running and swimming in my free time, so I have a healthy and active lifestyle. I appreciate a friendly home environment where everyone respects each other’s space. I’m looking for a comfortable place with a kind and considerate landlord/roommates. Utilities included would be preferred.
