I mostly keep to myself in my room and come out to use the kitchen or washroom I don’t drink, smoke vape or do drugs and am looking for a roommate who has out grown the activities of our youth ? Looking at a place around Metro near Princess St and Barrie. The apt is 2 bedroom $1,572 a minth all inclusive which is $786 each bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment !?! I am viewing the apartment tomorrow, ascI said above I can cover first and last months rent if you’re short ? The apartment is at 401 pri cess towers on Princess St 800 meters from METRO on the corner of Princess and Barrie Street. Two of us apply for a place is better than one lol . As I said have first and last months rent deposit covered, I just need a responsible roommate to pay their half of the rent each month !?! Looking for someone close to my age or within reason ? I walk with a quad cane and I’m disabled but can manage fine on taking care of myself, I just don’t like living alone in case I fall and can’t get up or my back seizes up on me.. If you’re looking for a quiet person stays mostly in his room and wouldn’t mind living near metro near Princess St an Barrie we can go look at a place tomorrow at 1pm the apartment is available on Nov 1st .!?!
