Hello, my name is Michelle and I’m looking for someone with a room or someone that needs a roommate ASAP. I do have a cat. She’s great she’s spayed after her needles she is now in the SPC just waiting until I get another place. I’m going through a bad divorce. It’s not fun so I decided to leave and I’m starting over from fresh and I am such a nice person and 51 years old I’m clean quiet I keep to myself you couldn’t ask for a better tenant or roommate. I can give you references. I can pay damage deposit right away. Yes I am. I had to go on income assistance for now, but I do have money on the side, your rent will always be on time I guaranteed it will never be late. I know some people assume being on assistance you won’t get your rent, but that is not the case with me. I do volunteer for now to get my mind off things at churches for the homeless just until things get better but right now, my heart is broken. I just wanna get my cat out of the SPCA because she shouldn’t be there. This is extremely hard on her and I’m telling anyone that is thinking about getting a roommate for extra money or anything you will not regret renting out to me. I am just a kind person and it’s just a bad thing that’s happening right now in my life that I’m not sure why it’s happening however, the good Lord knows please give me a shout.
