Hey everyone! I’m a 22-year-old medical student at the University of Toronto looking for another female roommate to either apartment hunt with for a 2 bed / 2 (or 1) bath condo in downtown Toronto, or to join someone who already has (or is looking to lease) a condo and is looking for a roommate. I’d describe myself as clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I really value a peaceful, tidy home, and I’m the type of person who likes keeping shared spaces organized. I don’t smoke nor drink, and I’m hoping to find someone who is considerate, communicates well, and wants to create a comfortable home together. My budget is around $1,300–$1,500 each, depending on the condo. Outside of school, I love trying new restaurants and cafés, dressing up and exploring the city, going for walks, and spending time with friends. I’d love if we became friends and occasionally hung out, but I also completely respect personal space if you prefer your own space. If it sounds like we’d be a good fit, I’d love to chat!
