Hello! I’m Anna, I’m a Christian and I’m looking to rent either a place with other people. I am quiet, mindful, I love to read & write, I don’t like partying, I don’t smoke, vape or anything like that. I am a homebody who likes adventure & traveling but for now I’m focusing on voice acting in addition to a few other side jobs that allow me to maintain a steady income. I would require a place that preferably has at least one semi sound proof room as I do voice acting from home, a little walk in closet will do just fine (I can buy the temporary installation foam pieces that can make a room sound proof and be removed at any time so there won’t be a concern with my job disturbing anyone else) I do have a dog, her name is Molly and she is a cavalier King Charles spaniel, she is the sweetest thing and follows me around all the time, there isn’t a mean bone in her body, she will sometimes kick up a little bit of a fuss with new comers but the most she’ll do is bark then go about minding her own business, she isn’t loud often, only occasionally when she barks but if it bothers anyone I can do my best to give her a stick or a treat and she quiets down immediately with no issues, I also have an 85gal tank with my acara’s, angels, Congos and a few other fish I am deeply attached to like my dog. I am looking for a place where I can easily access the bus as I cannot drive and preferably closer in general to more stores so I can have the option of walking to get the necessities.
