Looking for a Room / 2BR-2BA and a Roommate:

Budget: Up to $1,400/month, utilities included

Move-in: November 1, 2026

Must-have: Own bathroom

Location: Walking distance to TTC — ideally near Line 5 (Eglinton) stations like Bayview, Leslie, or Eglinton, or near Line 1’s Wellesley Station. Anywhere within a 30-minute transit commute to the Bayview/Eglinton area works great.

Open to teaming up with someone to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place together, if that works out better for both of us!

A bit about me: I’m an RA with a steady 9–5 schedule (work from home one day a week). I’m pretty chill and like my own space, but I’m always happy to hang out from time to time. Most evenings you’ll find me watching YouTube or working quietly on my laptop. Every other weekend I head to my parents’ place. I do have friends and family over occasionally.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
