Hi! I’m Simran. I work a 9-5 as a research assistant, and I work from home 1-2 times a week. Every other weekend, I spend the weekend with my parents, so I’m not around a lot. I’m looking for someone to find a place with for a September 2026 move-in, somewhere around Midtown or North York. Some places downtown also work for me, as long as it’s somewhat close to my workplace (close to transit is a big plus for me).
Budget: Looking at $1100-1300/room, depending on the place.
A bit about me: I like my own space and routine, but I’m easygoing and friendly. Outside of work, I’m into movies, I read, and I recently picked up tennis.
Looking for someone who’s clean, communicative, and easy to live with. Beyond that, I’m pretty open.
