Hello, I’m a quiet, clean, respectful, kind and easygoing person who values a peaceful home. I’m clean, dependable, and happy to help with household or yard work. If living with an elder person I’m glad to check in when needed, lend a hand, or simply be good company while respecting their independence. I have a clean abstract(criminal record, vulnerable sector et al). Though listed cannabis friendly I do not smoke.

 I’m naturally observant and attentive, taking pride in looking out for my home, neighbors, and surroundings. I’m flexible with different living arrangements, communicate openly, and am looking for a stable, long-term home built on kindness, trust, and mutual respect. I have no children and have references from upstanding members of the community.
