Hi there! I’m Justin. I’m a 22-year-old filmmaker and recent grad working full-time in media downtown. I’m looking to team up with some great roommates to find a place, or move into an existing open room!

I keep a pretty structured routine during the week. I play sports, love to cook and am very respectful of keeping the kitchen clean and organized. I’m not a big partier, but I love to socialize, and going out to discover Toronto food spots or grabbing a couple of beers at a local bar once a week, but I keep things pretty low-key at home.

As a filmmaker, I’m a massive cinephile (you’ll usually catch me streaming the Criterion Channel, or heading to the cinema). I’m also really into vintage, and love the aesthetic of older, character-filled spaces. I’m actually hoping to patiently collect some really nice vintage decor pieces for the common areas over time!

My budget is around $1,300/month. I would absolutely love to live in a restored, older Toronto character home rather than a modern glass condo. I’m looking to live with people who are easygoing, responsible, and clean. If you appreciate good movies, solid food, and a chill, well-decorated living space, we’d probably be a great match.
