However, it is a must that the home is smoke-free and alcohol-free.

I sleep early and wake up early, so I am looking for a quiet, non-party environment.

I would prefer to share with another female only, and I am looking for a home without children or pets.

I am self-employed, so my work hours are flexible, but I generally do not stay out late. I value a clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment.
