Hey, I’m Nick. I just started my career in asset management at a real estate investment firm, so my schedule is pretty normal, up early, out most of the day, home by evening and low key most nights. I’m clean, respectful of shared space, and not the type to leave dishes sitting around. I like a quiet place to unwind but I’m easy to talk to and not going to be a stranger in the apartment.
