A bit about me: I’m a 35-year-old male, originally from Ukraine, and I have been living in Canada for about 2.5 years. I work full-time in security at a casino, with a stable schedule from Friday to Monday (7 AM – 5 PM), so I maintain a quiet and structured routine. During typical weekends, I’m usually at work, which makes sharing common spaces easier.

I also value a calm and quiet living environment — probably comes with the job. And as a small bonus, living with me might be not only comfortable, but also a bit safer :)

In addition to my main job, I also do computer repair work on the side.

I have strong references from both my current workplace and my previous landlord. I also have previous experience renting and taking care of a home, so I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, respectful, and well-kept living environment.

I’m clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I always pay rent on time and am easy to live with.

I’m ideally looking to live closer to downtown, preferably near the Victoria Park–Stampede station. I would prefer a private bedroom and bathroom. It would be a big plus if the building has amenities like a gym, pool, or recreation room.

If you’re also open to finding a new place together, I’d be happy to explore renting a condo or apartment with good conditions in these areas.

I enjoy staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. I’m also looking for a longer-term place.

Non-smoker, no pets. I don’t require a parking spot.
