Hello,

My name is Feyisara, and I’m a 26-year-old nursing student at Niagara College. I’m currently studying full-time while also working full-time as a healthcare worker. I’m respectful, clean, quiet, responsible, and easy to get along with.

I have a 3-year-old daughter who stays with me during the week. She attends daycare Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and her father picks her up after daycare each weekday. Because of this, the house is usually quiet during the day.

I’m looking for a room to rent in a shared house until I complete my nursing program. A home in this area would be ideal because it provides convenient access to both Niagara College and my daughter’s school and daycare, making it much easier for us to manage our daily routine.

I have a good credit score, an excellent rental history, and I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in keeping my living space clean, being considerate of others, and treating every home with respect.
