First and foremost, I am a student and a transgender woman, I am looking for a place downtown, preferably on the cheaper end, with easy access to TMU. Being trans-friendly is a MUST! Would love a place where it’s not a problem if I bring people over somewhat often, but is not a high priority. :) Will be paying for rent using OSAP money, for now.
