I’m looking for a clean and quiet private room in the West Hill area, ideally with easy access to TTC route 86/86D.
My preferred move-in date is August 25 2026, and I plan to stay for at least one year. My budget is up to $1,000 per month. I would prefer a private bathroom, with utilities, internet and laundry included if possible.
I’m clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. I value a peaceful home, keep shared spaces tidy and am considerate of other people’s privacy and schedules. I’m happy to provide proof of employment and references if required.
