I’m an international student relocating from Germany to Winnipeg for the Winter 2027 term to study Business Administration at Red River College Polytechnic (Notre Dame Campus).

I am moving to Winnipeg on my own and looking for a private, furnished room in a clean, friendly house-share or apartment. I’d love to find a place in St. James, Weston, or surrounding areas with a quick commute to NDC.

A bit about me:

Clean & Considerate: I value a peaceful, organized home and always clean up after myself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living area).

Quiet Lifestyle: I don’t smoke, don’t throw late-night parties, and spend a lot of my time studying, cooking, or exploring the city.

Reliable & Responsible: My funding and tuition details are fully arranged, so rent and utility payments will always be on time.

What I’m looking for:

Move-in date: Late December 2026 or January 2027.

A private room in a shared home with respectful, like-minded housemates or students.

Utilities (Heat, Hydro, Water, Wi-Fi) included or split fairly.
