Hi, I’m Josh, 24, originally from the UK. I spent the last three years living in Australia and have recently made the move to Canada. I work as an electrofusion technician, based in the Vancouver metro area.

Outside of work I like to stay active, with climbing, playing football, and generally keeping fit being big parts of my life. I’m an early riser (up around 5:30am most days), so I’m usually pretty settled into a routine early in the evening too.

I rarely drink but I do enjoy a social house, things like board games and weekend hangouts, and I also appreciate a quiet, early night when it’s time to wind down.

Budget-wise I’m looking at $1,000 to $1,400/month. I’m easygoing about pets in the house, though I don’t have any of my own. Ideally looking to share with people in their mid-to-late twenties to early thirties, but ultimately just after a friendly, easygoing household.
