We’re a group of three (my girlfriend, one of my best friends, and myself) in our late 20s looking for a fourth roommate to share a home in Nepean. We’re currently house hunting for a 4-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow-style place, likely with both a main floor and a finished basement, giving us two separate living areas and plenty of shared space. We’re all pretty balanced people — we enjoy hanging out, having a good time, and being social, but we’re not into partying every weekend. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset: respectful, clean, and easy to live with. We currently don’t have any pets. To make things comfortable for everyone, we’re planning to add a second fridge and a deep freezer in the basement so space is never an issue when it comes to food and storage. The house will be fully furnished except for your bedroom. Two of us are currently in school, so the location will be in Nepean for convenience. Budget is around $1000/month all-inclusive.
