Description
Hey y’all,
We are looking for a place to live in Victoria for October 1st. We are currently subletting until the end of September, so hoping to find a permanent spot, preferably sharing a space with some rad folks! We’re pretty flexible with location, but primarily looking for something accessible (with a few or no stairs).
A little bit about us:
Nicole (she/her). I work as at nurse at RJH, doing 12 hour shifts so I’ll be out of the house most days; if not for work then for play! I love spending time outdoors whether it’s looking for critters, swimming or lounging in my (many) hammocks. Some days I prefer to spend introverted (usually after long shifts), potatoing in bed either gaming or sleeping (I’m a heavy sleeper +). When my social battery is more full I enjoy spending time with others whether is cooking a meal, goofing around, playing board games or camping! I’m easygoing, optimistic and respectful- and super excited to be in Vic!
Dan (he/him) is an accessibility agitator at heart, disability advocate, musician, and a baker of buns along with other treats. I thoroughly enjoy going to gigs and musical gatherings in the woods, and my work involves making those spaces more inclusive. You’ll find me in the garden growing garlic, herbs, and flowers. I’ve been a vocalist in some hardcore punk bands and really like making music with people!
We value community care/mutual aid, open and honest communication, and respect for each other and the living space! We enjoy playing board games, adventuring, and petting dogs!
And if anyone is looking to go in on a place together, that would be great too!
