I’m looking for a private room in a shared condo starting September 1.
A little about me: I’m a working professional who’s clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful and tidy home, but I’m also fun-loving and enjoy getting to know the people I live with. If we get along, I’d be happy to hang out from time to time while still respecting everyone’s personal space.
I’m looking for a female-only, pet-free home.
I’m open to condos anywhere along the CTrain line, including Dalhousie, Brentwood, Crowfoot, Tuscany, or any area with good transit access. Being close to an LRT station or having convenient transit is important since I rely on public transportation.
Budget: $750–850/month.
I prefer a condo because I enjoy working out, so having access to a building gym would be a big bonus.
