Brendan

Hi! I’m Brendan, a 20 year-old student starting the Audio Production & Engineering program at Metalworks Institute this fall. I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty clean. I spend a lot of my time making music, playing guitar, working out, and staying active, so I’m usually either in the studio, at the gym, or out with friends.

I’m currently looking for a relaxed, respectful place to live with considerate roommates who communicate well. I’m a non-smoker, don’t party much, and always pay rent on time. I like keeping shared spaces clean and being mindful of the people I live with.
