Looking for an apartment in the southern part of Winnipeg, close to University of Manitoba.

On the practical side of things, I am a clean, organized, and reliable cohabitant; No addictions or allergies, quiet, and respect privacy, will spend most of the time in my room or outdoors. Most likely won’t bring any guests myself but you do you.

On the personal side I love animals, not moving with a pet but open to you having one. Easy to get along with, don’t have an attitude, will likely be studying, in the gym, or talking to my friends. Big fan of biology and the natural world in general.
