Hi, I’m David, a 27 yo friendly, introverted, queer, nd, software developer. I work from home the vast majority of the time and spend most of my free time gaming (both video and board). Would be nice to live with someone with shared interests, would much rather be actual friends than just housemates, harder to feel relaxed if you don’t really care for the person you’re living with imo.

I strongly value open and honest communication, if there’s a problem then work together to address it, no sense letting things fester. Hygiene + ability to clean up after oneself are a must.

I have asthma + allergies, so pets that shed or indoor smokers are a no go. I do not partake in smoking/drinking/drugs. I do however bake very good cookies.

I’m usually pretty quiet, but I do have voice calls with friends somewhat frequently in the evenings, typically done by 11:30pm or earlier though.

Don’t have a place firmly picked out yet, but I’d like something downtown in a walkable area, as I’d like to avoid buying a car. An indoor pool with a deep end is also a must for me, I want to be more active and enjoy swimming.
