I am a working professional seeking quiet safe clean accommodations south side of Winnipeg close to where I work. Looking for Unfurnished as i have a new bed. I don’t have much furniture otherwise. Rent budget is $750 if living in a house with other people. Can be negotiable if its a single bedroom suite.
About me: I am fairly quiet clean easygoing person. Sleep is important as I wake early for work. I don’t drink nor smoke. I can provide references. Only leaving my current one bedroom suite as they are turning it into an Airbnb.
