I am a working professional seeking quiet safe clean accommodations south side of Winnipeg close to where I work. Looking for Unfurnished as i have a new bed. I don’t have much furniture otherwise. Rent budget range is $750-$1000 depending on type of suite (living with roommates in apartment or shared home vs self-contained private suite in a home)

About me: I am fairly quiet clean easygoing person. Sleep is important as I wake early for work. I don’t drink nor smoke. I can provide references. Only leaving my current one bedroom suite as they are turning it into an Airbnb.
