Hi my Name is Lynn, I’m 43 years young. I have lived in the same house for over 12 years in the Kensington area, the owners have decided to sell the house, I’m really trying to stay in the area so figured I could do the roommate thing if the place is big enough for 2.

I’m personable and easy going but also know how to read the room and give ppl their space.

I have two grown children and would like to be able to host dinners and visits from time to time another reason I am hoping to get a place that is fairly big and with a back yard or patio.

My budget is around 1600 right now if there is a way for the other tenant to pay 1000 to 1200 I’m pretty sure we could find a decent home.

I’m clean and responsible and hoping for the same type of person to live with.

( I agree found a really good place for only 2000 , which will probably go fast I’m willing to pay a larger portion of the rent if that works out )
