Addicted to clean and clutter less spaces. I do not have pets, but if you have that is okay. I work fulltime morning shift (looking for part time evening shift work).

I grew up in South Vancouver and am very familiar with the lower mainland and BC in general. I am thinking of moving out from the Fraser Valley (last 8 years) back towards the coast.

Please no nicotine smokers or binge drinkers

I have 3 young kids but not staying with me; I am very capable of managing the house; I cook, clean, pay bills etc.

I expect you to be competent and inept. The key is do on to others as you would to your self. Asking a lot but expecting nothing!! =)
