Hello there! I am coming from Muskoka, and am currently spending time in the Saintlo Jail hostel in Ottawa up until at least the 7th of september - ideally I’d like to move in before then.

I am hoping to find some proper accommodations fairly quickly, I have a fairly low max budget of 800$ but would prefer less. I would be happy with a very small room, but I really want to find a place near the downtown/Centretown area.

If possible I would like to start with a 4 month lease, and then extend it further if everyone’s comfortable with one another. Looking for a long term space.

I can pay first and last without a problem, and I have references as required. I am on ODSP which guarantees a stable income, but I also do remote work and freelance painting jobs to help supplement my income. I will never miss rent, and have direct pay forms ready to further ensure payment.

I am clean, quiet, and fairly introverted - I’m comfortable around people, and would happily help with things like snow removal or taking out the garbage as is necessary. no pets. I smoke but I am polite about it, I will not smoke in/near the house as requested.
