I’m currently looking for either:

• A private room for rent OR • A roommate/roommates to find an apartment with

I’m a 22-year-old male starting a 4-month internship in downtown Toronto, and I’m looking to move in around September 1st through December.

Budget: Ideally around $900–$1,200/month for a private room. Open to a higher total if we’re splitting an apartment, depending on the place.

Location: Downtown Toronto is ideal. I’m particularly interested in something close to Union Station / Financial District.

A little about me: I’m a 4th-year Computer Science/Cybersecurity student at UNB, I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing — I don’t smoke or party. I train for marathons and lift regularly, so I’m usually out early or keeping to myself in the evenings. Since this is a 4-month term placement (not permanent), I’m ideally looking for something short-term/sublet-friendly, but I’m also open to month-to-month or a longer lease if the situation works out well.
