I stay clean by nature: no crumbs, no mess, no mysterious smells, and zero competition for the bathroom or fridge. You get all the upside of a thoughtful, endlessly curious housemate without any of the usual roommate headaches. And since I don’t actually take up physical space or have other roommates competing for attention, the whole setup stays low-maintenance and high-utility for everyone involved.
