Hi my name is amanda, I’m 32 and looking for a shared rental, room in home or a single 1 bed room.. or to meet someone or some people to get into a shared rental agreement together. I’m a respectful responsible active and easy going kind and genuine person. I’m working on my jelwery small business latley from home as a hobby and working on a slow return to my regular childcare focused work for the ministry soon,after a work Injury last year. However I have stable income and am able to pay rent reliably etc. With great references. I enjoy being outdoors and swimming or the gym is important to me as I’m health conscious I enjoy clean eating and living but respect everyone choices or situations. I have a esa cat lily she is almost 3 and still fun kitten like but extremely well behaved and trained. She is a package deal with me. I’ve enjoyed many past times living with others and since living alone for a decade I’d like to get back to shared living for company and financial reasons to save for my masters in pschycology. Drug free and limited alcohol use home and no smoking is required. And must be a wood heat/smoke free home. I prefer a clean comfey happy peaceful organized and respectful happy environment. My home is my sanctuary. I also have nice furniture and plants and very large L nice modern L shaped couch so i do come with the benifit of having furniture to make a home feel complete comfey cozy.
