Hello! My name is JB, and I’m a friendly, respectful, clean and easygoing working professional looking for a private room in Vancouver. I’d love to share a home with someone who is also clean, considerate and easy to get along with.

I work in accounting and tax and mostly work from home. I’m pretty independent and enjoy having my own space, but I’m also social and always happy to have a good conversation, share a meal or hang out with my roommates from time to time.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, going out for good food and coffee, spending time in nature, working out, reading, and just having a relaxed evening at home. I’ve travelled quite a bit recently and really enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and hearing their stories.

Since I work from home quite often, having a peaceful and comfortable home environment is important to me. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces and definitely not a party-at-home person. I’d prefer a private bathroom if possible, but I’m open to sharing with the right roommate.

I’m looking for something in Vancouver or nearby areas with good transit connections. My budget is around $1,200/month.

More than anything, I’m hoping to find a nice home with good people where everyone can have their own space while still feeling comfortable around each other.
