Hi! I’m a friendly, respectful, clean, and responsible person who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live during the school year. I’m currently a full-time student at UPEI, and I’m also part-time military as well as working as a waitress at Sam’s Family Restaurant. Between school, work, and my military commitments, I tend to stay pretty busy, so I really value having a quiet and relaxing place to come home to.

I’m very respectful of other people’s space, privacy, and belongings. I’m clean and organized and always make an effort to keep shared areas tidy. I’m also considerate about noise and would want to make sure everyone in the home feels comfortable. I’m easygoing and friendly, but I also understand the importance of having personal space and allowing everyone to have their own routine.

I’m looking for a place for the school year and would really like to find a home where I can settle in, focus on school, and have a good relationship with the people I’m living with. I’m dependable, respectful, and would treat the home as if it were my own. I’m also a non-smoker and don’t have any pets. Overall, I’m just looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to call home while I’m in school.
