Hey! I’m a university student and I also work. My budget is around $800/month, and I’m looking to find a roommate to share a 2–3 bedroom place with.

I have two cats, so you’d have to be comfortable living with pets 🐱. I’m pretty clean and would like to have a simple weekly cleaning schedule so we can both keep the shared spaces nice without it becoming an issue.

Other than that, I’m pretty easygoing. I mainly just want someone who is clean, respectful, communicates well, and respects each other’s personal space and privacy. I’m cool with us doing our own thing, but I’m also down to be friendly and hang out whenever the vibe is there.
