I’m a social and considerate person looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. I have two much-loved senior pets—an 11-year-old dog and a 15-year-old indoor cat. I’m a responsible pet owner who keeps their spaces clean, walks my dog daily, and takes pride in keeping them happy and well cared for.

I have stable, permanent employment and have been with the same employer since 2018. I pay my bills on time, don’t smoke or drink, and don’t typically have guests over. I work weekday afternoons and am generally home during the evenings and on weekends.

I like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I do best when my household responsibilities are clearly defined so I can build them into my routine.

I like home to feel warm and welcoming, with a balance of friendly conversation and respect for each other’s privacy and personal space. I value open, kind and direct communication.
