I’m 22, finishing my program at Humber and moving out of residence. I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful. I go to the gym, like movies, TV shows and gaming, and I meal prep once a week. I’m okay with normal guests and occasional parties, just not constant noise, mess, or heavy smoking. I’d like to live with 1–2 other clean and chill people, ideally students or working professionals. I’m looking for a long-term place and I’m pretty flexible as long as the home is comfortable and respectful.
