I am willing to split on a 2 bedroom apartment with another person. I am a 28 year old working professional. I have been with the city since 2024 as a transit driver. I work at least 40 hours a week, keep to myself, I don’t party and i am very quiet. I currently smoke but will be starting medication to help me quit. I have a car and I am 420 friendly. The smell doesn’t bug me. 12 months is the minimum time I would rent for but if things go good I would be open to renting longer.
