Hello my name is Jessica, I’m a single woman who turned 30 this year, I intend on staying single so no worries about me bringing partners home I don’t intend on ever having one. I do however have a cat named Leonidas who is very well behaved, litter box trained and doesn’t scratch on furniture. He is a bit talkative but his meows are usually very soft. I’m currently working part-time overnights at a dog boarding facility, and I’m still looking for more work to save up for the schooling I want to do, being a veterinary office assistant. I am also receiving government assistance that I get a little before the first of every month but it isn’t a lot after getting my job. Looking for somewhere we can stay long-term if possible. Quiet, clean, and honestly I’m very introverted so you usually won’t hear me often, and if you do I tend to quiet things down between 9-10pm. Leo is a friendly cat I adopted from the Regal Cat Cafe a couple years ago so he’s pretty good with other cats but is not okay with dogs.

After several bad experiences in two different homes with roommates I have a few questions to ask potential roomies so apologies if we play 20 questions I really need to be careful of where I live and with who working nights. Thank you!
