My name is Phoenix Knight.

I am a 23 year old male and musician. I work full-time in the Erin Mills area. I am looking for a room to rent, I don’t mind living with other people/sharing spaces. I am easy going, I like giving people the space to do their thing, and I tend toward non-judgement.

I enjoy my privacy and I spend much of my free-time working on music.

My current recoding setup provides that I am able to do much of what I need to do without creating unnecessary noise.

As of right now, I do not have a car so I am not in need of parking accomodations.

I am looking to rent as soon as possible, though I am not in an urgent rush to leave my current living situation.

For context, my parents are looking to sell their house in the next 12 months or so. I’d like to be situated as soon as possible.

I don’t intend on going back to school in the near future, I am focussing on maintaining stable income and moving out.
