Hi there! My name is Kaitlyn. I’m a clean and quiet UBC student in 4th year Honours in Psychology. This place looks great from the photos. I was wondering if you would be open to a start date of December 1st as I am in UBC housing until then, and a lease end date of August 31st, as I am planning to attend graduate school after that.
