I’ve seen some great places and looking for someone who wants to have a roomate in a nice place. The more central the better. Must have stable, sufficient income, good credit history, relatively clean, non smoker, who does not host parties. Age range roughly 30-50. I am ambitious and busy, and do not want a roomate who needs to turn their life around, needs a best friend, or is depressed. We are roomates and may become friends but that is yet to be seen so that should not be your goal, but someone compatible in house habits is important.
