Hi! I’m Jack! I’ve lived in the house I’m at currently for 5 years. My current roommate is moving September 1st and breaking our tenant agreement. My landlords are using this as a catalyst to sell their house sooner than they planned. So in a few months I will need a new place to live. They will be a good reference for me.

A little about me. I’m quiet and respectful. I can be very social and enjoy making new friends. At the same time I’m also respectful of others privacy. I’m also partially handicapped. I have a lot of physical limitations, I often struggle to cook for myself or clean. But I do my best and am quite clean despite it. I spend the majority of my days resting and doing physiotherapy. My current house is basically a rehab facility. I need a good amount of space for my physio equipment and to do my exercises. At the same time you’re also welcome to use my exercise equipment :)

I should add that because of my health I need a place with good accessibility for handicapped. I can’t do stairs. I’m actually considering getting a wheelchair to use sometimes when I need it. So will need a handicapped accessible suite. I would also want a ground floor, so that I can escape the building in case of emergency.
