Hi! I’m Jack! I’ve lived in the house I’m at currently for 5 years. My current roommate is moving September 1st and breaking our tenant agreement. My landlords are using this as a catalyst to sell their house sooner than they planned. So in a few months I will need a new place to live.

A little about me. I’m quiet and respectful. I can be very social and enjoy making new friends. At the same time I’m also respectful of others privacy. I’m also partially handicapped. I have a lot of physical limitations, I often struggle to cook for myself or clean. But I do my best and am quite clean despite it. I spend the majority of my days resting and doing physiotherapy. My current house is basically a rehab facility. I need space to do my exercises. At the same time you’re also welcome to use my exercise equipment :)

I should add that because of my health I need a place with good accessibility for handicapped. I can’t do stairs. I can handle one small 3 inch step to enter & exit the suite. I also need the house to be on flat ground and on a flat street. I need there to be a bus stop within a few hundred metres. Ideally there’s also a nearby hill I can do my exercises up and then catch the bus at the top sometimes, but that’s not a dealbreaker if there’s not.
