Hey ! I am thinking of moving to Montréal permanently and I’ll be coming over in October and November of this year to job hunt and get a feel of the city before moving when I have a job (hopefully in the new year). I’ll be dogsitting through October and so looking for a place for November ! My dates aren’t exact yet though so I can be flexible with that. A bit about me, I’m a french 27 year old girly, I spend most of my time reading, I go to dance classes and talk about Scotland a lot (I lived there for a while am I’m not over it - seriously amazing country and 10/10 people). I like going for coffee during the day and drinks in the evenings, and little walks when the weather permits it. I have lived in so many flatshares in my life I feel very confident that I am a good roommate, I do my share of cleaning and keep communal spaces tidy. As I’ll be new around, I’m looking for a room in a flat where I can be friends with the other people living there and discover the city through them ! I love being actual friends with the people I live with and existing in the space together, have cooking and movie nights and things like that :) I eat meat but happy to keep a vegetarian diet if it’s preferred by the people I live with (a lot of my friends and past flatmates are veggie/vegan so my diet varies easily to accommodate the vibe). Although I’m only looking for a month right now, the plan is to move to Montreal permanently from next year onward so if you’re okay with a trial run I could potentially come back in January :)
