I’m a paramedic who will be working in Sicamous/the Interior area, which is why I’m looking to relocate and find a comfortable place closer to work. My position may not officially start until October, but I’m hoping to get settled in the area beforehand if the right place comes up.

I’m very quiet, clean, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t party, smoke, or vape, and I really value having a peaceful and comfortable home to come back to after work. I’m friendly and would enjoy living in a shared space, while also being respectful of everyone’s privacy and downtime.

This would be my second time renting. I previously rented with a couple in Blind Bay in 2025, so I’m familiar with living respectfully in someone else’s home, keeping shared spaces tidy, and being mindful of the people around me.

As a paramedic, my schedule will include a mix of day and night shifts, so there may be some nights where I’m not home at all and occasional early-morning arrivals or departures. I’m very conscious of noise and would always do my best to come and go quietly.

Overall, I’d say I’m dependable, mature, tidy, and considerate, and I’m looking for a home that feels calm, welcoming, and easy to settle into.
