Hello I’m a 51 year old looking for a room to rent, or an apartment to share. I’m clean, quiet and respectful of others. Easy going, friendly, people person, more than willing to share or take over chores. Non smoker and not a drinker, doesnt bother me if you do. Recently had some health issues and major loss that cost me my job. Not necessarily looking for long term, but will commit to a year or more if required. Been 2yrs at current address, 10 and 20yrs at previous. Already have a criminal check done. Honestly just need a place to lay my head in town as I build my life back.
