Description
I have been living in Port Coquitlam since March 8, 2025, sub-leasing a room near downtown for $718 per month (plus $75 o $100 for utilities), but I need to move out by September 30th, so I’m starting my hunt for a new place.
I am a 34-year-old man, and receive about $1,500 per month from disability support. I have no pets, nor a vehicle. I haven no specific allergies, but I am extra sensitive to common allergens, like dust, pollen, and so-on. I do my laundry once a week, usually on Sunday. I usually cook once or twice a week, making enough dinner for multiple nights, and putting the food in tupperware.
I am prone to cabin fever, so I try to get out of the house as much as I can; and I have a fear of annoying people, so when I am home, I do my best to be unnoticeable. Also, English is my only language and I am a Canadian citizen.
Earlier this month, I applied for low-income housing, so I won’t plan on staying with you as long as I have at my current place, but it can take several months for a place to become available on the housing registry, so I likely wouldn’t leave you until some time in 2027.
