Carleton Student | Social & Active | Budget: $1,200 All-In | Sept 1 Lease

Hey, I’m Rudra! I’m an incoming Carleton University student looking to join an existing lease in Centretown, Little Italy, or The Glebe. You have an empty room; I have the budget and need to lock a place down.

The Logistics: Budget: Up to $1,200/month (must be all-inclusive with utilities and internet). Move-In: I arrive in Ottawa between Sept 4 and 8, but I am ready to sign a lease starting Sept 1 to secure the room. Financials: First and last month’s rent is ready to transfer the moment a standard Ontario lease is signed.

The Lifestyle: Routine: Active and busy. I balance studying with daily gym sessions, so I am out of the house frequently. Vibe: Social but Chill. I’m looking for roommates I can actually grab a drink or hang out with, rather than just strangers sharing a fridge. Cleanliness: Strict on common areas. I never leave dishes in the sink overnight and do my part for taking out the trash. Boundaries: I respect closed doors and environment on weeknights for studying.
