I work remotely and am looking for a furnished room in Vancouver. Budget: $1,400 to $2,300 CAD

Shared household maintenance: I am comfortable splitting chores evenly, like vacuuming a couple of times a month, and I am also open to hiring a shared cleaner if that works better. Adaptable across diverse households: I have lived with housemates from varied backgrounds, lifestyles, and neurodivergent needs, and I easily adapt to different household rhythms. Low-pressure coexistence: I appreciate a home with casual warmth, whether that is saying hello, coordinating leftovers, or sharing a meal now and then, without any expectation of forced socializing. Active outside the house: Off the clock, I am usually out playing sports (pickleball, tennis, badminton, soccer) or meeting up for board games.
