Hey everyone!!

I’m Estelle and I’m 23, originally from France, and about to start a brand new chapter in Vancouver! I’ve got a job lined up in 3D animation and I’ll be arriving early next month, so I’m on the hunt for a comfortable place to settle into.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, tidy, and genuinely pretty low-key, I like a calm home, but I’m never one to shy away from a good conversation! I’m the type who enjoys listening more than talking, and I’m always curious about people’s stories and experiences.

What I’m hoping to find:

• Around $1,300/month (but flexible)
• Available September 8-9th
• Furnished, with access to laundry
• A private bathroom would be great, but I’m flexible depending on the setup
• Somewhere near Gastown, or roughly 30 minutes away by transit, still getting my bearings with the city, so I’m open to suggestions!

Since this will be my first time living in Vancouver, having some flexibility at the start (like a shorter initial lease) would really help me feel settled before committing longer-term.
