Hey there! My name is Kait and I’m looking to link up with another roommate for move in Sept 1. I’m planning on securing a wonderful 2-bed, 2-bath detached home in Kits. I’m renting the other room for $1400 + utilities/internet. A bit about me: I’m an incoming master’s student at UBC, clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared space, but I also enjoy actually getting to know the people I live with rather than just being strangers passing in the kitchen.

Outside of school I love getting outside, camping with friends, and walking and exploring the neighbourhoods. Being near the water and trails is a big plus for me.

I’m a dog lover and have a mini bernedoodle named Mr. Remington (goes by Remy), who’s staying at home in Kelowna for now, but pending landlord’s approval he may come for visits about once a month!
