Hello! I was an Algonquin college international student last year and currently working at daycare (Pembroke,Ontario). Looking for a room to rent.

I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have any pets. I have to be out by October 1st because the house I’m currently living in is being sold. I understand that some rental properties have restrictions on cooking. I am Vegetarian, do cook at home and use spices, so there can be a noticeable cooking aroma. Other than that, I always keep the place clean, neat, and well maintained. I am very quiet and can get you a reference from my landlord if needed.
